The DEVILS have RETURNED, KNOCKING AT 'HAUNTED HOUSE' DOOR: Kingmaker SODELPA, if the final projected results don't change, cannot afford to make wrong decision that will HAUNT party for GENERATIONS

UPDATE: The RFMF is on high alert and won't hesitate to STEP IN

"For lack of guidance a nation falls, but victory is won through many advisors". Proverbs of Solomon. GOD BLESS FIJI.
It is equally important for SODELPA to remind itself that the party will be hostage to RFMF, so all its extreme demands will fall under s113(2), especially such VIAVIALEVU talks already coming out from SODELPA

RABBITS IN THE HEADLIGHTS: Surprise, surprise, only 12 hours ago all major Opposition parties were NOT accepting the Election Results, and now they are talking about forming a three-party coalition government

NFP. CUT THEM OUT OF TALKS:
PRASAD HUNG HIS POLITICAL UNDERWEAR FIRMLY TO PAP MAST.

'Sorry, we don't negotiate with petticoat partner'

*We were shocked to learn in April that the PONGA PROFESSOR and NFP leader BIMAN PRASAD had, even before the election date was announced, declared that PAP-NFP will form the next girmit (coalition) government, and Coupist and former SODELPA leader SITIVENI RABUKA, now leading PAP, will be the PRIME MINISTER.
*In any coalition talks, SODELPA's negotiating TEAM must, therefore, inform Prasad's TEAM that PRASAD has NO role whatsoever to play or make any promises or offers, for according to NFP, RABUKA is their designated Prime Minister
In other words, SODELPA should make it clear to NFP TEAM that the party will NOT talk to Paap's petticoat junior partner.

BARGAINING POWER: The NFP was so sure (arrogantly over confident) that PAP leader RABUKA will win the election that it surrendered its BARGAINING POWER, not asking what if there is a HUNG PARLIAMENT?
*Now, if Prasad had not plastered his political underwear to PAP'S political clothing line, the NFP could have joined forces with SODELPA and demanded top positions, even demanding that PIO TIKODUADUA must lead any triumvirate coalition government, for they are apprehensive that the RFMF, given Rabuka's questionable mutiny links, might NOT accept SITIVENI RABUKA as new Prime Minister.
*But, no, PRASAD has played all his ace cards. He had vowed NOT to form coalition with the FFP.
SODELPA MUST HANG NFP FROM THE MANGO TREE TO DRY

Fijileaks: SODELPA's coalition with its arch political rival PAP, and its Lucifer leader, will invite possible MILITARY INTERVENTION, and will result in the formation of an interim civilian government in the national interest - SECTION 112 (2) of the Constitution of Fiji.
*Again, how could SODELPA give its support to RABUKA who has reduced his former party to such a parlous state.
*One can boast of the Kingmaker's role - Chaudhry did it in 1992 when FLP gave its support for Rabuka to become Prime Minister, only for Rabuka to dishonour his commitments.
NO RABUKA, LYNDA TABUYA, DEFECTORS:
*Of course, to humiliate and exact political revenge for the destruction and debris that Rabuka, Tabuya and other SODELPA defectors left behind, SODELPA TEAM could demand that they will only accept a Prime Minister of their CHOICE from PAP but NEVER SITIVENI RABUKA and others they hold responsible for the defeat of SODELPA.
TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT, PAP
That leaves SODELPA and FFP.

PAP and RABUKA'S PRIME TARGET, and they are celebrating the humiliation of Ro KEPA

SODELPA and FIJIFIRST PARTY:
Of course, PAAPI supporters will try and play up FFP's pronouncements on GCC etc and SODELPA's overseas supporters will want to dictate the negotiations but the best and safest OPTION would be to provide conditional support to a FFP government on issue by issue basis in Parliament, hence outflanking any COUP being hatched at the CAMP.
In other words, NOT accepting any MINISTERIAL POSITIONS in a FFP-SODELPA 'coalition' government.
But what MATAKA holds, only the final poll count result will tell.
GOOD LUCK, FIJI

MEANWHILE, RFMF might want to serve notice that it will NOT hesitate to put Fiji under an interim STATE OF EMERGENCY, given Fiji's violent past and now RABUKA wanting to become the Prime Minister with the VOTES of SODELPA, the 'KINGMAKERS'

HISTORY WAITING TO BE REPEATED: PAAPI could liu muri SODELPA
In May 1992, Fiji went to the polls under the racist and feudalistic 1990 Constitution to elect to the House of Representatives 70 members, of whom 37 were i-Taukei, 27 Indo-Fijians, and 10 Others.  Of the 37 i-Taukei seats, 32 were to be elected from the rural constituencies and the remaining 5 from urban ones.
*However, the GCC sanctioned and Sitiveni Rabuka led Soqosoqo ni Vakavulewa ni Taukei (SVT or Fijian Political Party) faced questions from urban i-Taukeis.
*Why should the province of Ba, with more than 55,000 i-Taukeis, have the same number of seats, three, as Lau, with a population of 14,000? Why should Rewa, with 48,000 i-Taukeis, get two seats while Cakaudrove, with 29,000, got three? Why should urban i-Taukeis, who made up more than one-third of the i-Taukei population, have only five seats? Reason: Coupist Rabuka wanted to reduce the voting strength of the urban i-Taukei whose support, he claimed, for the Bavadra led FLP had contributed to its 1987 triumph.
*In 1992, Ratu Mara backed Josevata Kamikamica over Rabuka as his preferred successor. NFP won 14 seats. FLP won 13. In the race to become Prime Minister, Reddy gave his 14 votes to Kamikamica, telling Rabuka's emissaries that he did not and could not TRUST Rabuka.
*But Chaudhry gave his votes to Rabuka after obtaining assurances from him that he (Rabuka) would redress a list of demands from FLP. But once Rabuka became Prime Minister, Rabuka went back to his old ways, changing his mind or denying the substance of the deals he had made with FLP in exchange for the 13 votes.
*He declined to review VAT and dismissed any hurry to review the much-reviled 1990 Constitution.
