The truth is Fijifirst photo-shopped crowd photo on Facebook to look BIG

“Anybody who knows how to count will tell you that there weren’t 500 people at Sukuna Park on Saturday at midday; there were more like 5000 people but some media organisations were saying that there were 500 people. I mean these are the kind of things that the media organisations and some of these journalists are doing it deliberately; whether they cannot count or whether they are somewhat not very proactive in terms of getting information, I think this is something that needs to be improved upon,”  Aiyaz Sayed Khaiyum

"From what I calculated around 400 kids were enjoying the carnival freebies and between 500-600 adults, mostly soldiers and their families as you can see from the photos. Free buses came from the west with supporters that included lots of Muslim brothers. Nadroga supporters came in free buses supplied by Coastal Rentals owner Birend Kumar who is also president of the Fijifirst branch. Isn't this a breach of the elections decree? Also present was Said Ali, brother of Haji Hamid Ali, the chairman of Naim Fiji Ltd, linked to the Malaysian road contractors Naim Cendera. More to follow."
