"It is strongly recommended that the VCP and the COO relocate to Laucala campus to effectively manage the University. Laucala is the hub of academic and administrative activities, and they need to be in proximity to the largest number of faculty, staff, students’ and external stakeholders which is vital. Being located at the Main Campus or Headquarters allows the Vice Chancellor & President to obtain first-hand
understanding of the pulse of the University which informs decision-making and facilitates effective leadership and management of the institution."
