Fijileaks Editor: After the FNU Council met and sacked Dr Ganesh Chand as Vice-Chancellor, partly in response to a spate of highly damaging stories against FNU in Fijileaks, a PRESS STATEMENT was immediately prepared by Education Minister Dr Mahendra Reddy's acting Permanent Secretary for release. Within minutes, Fijileaks was informed that Reddy instructed his permanent secretary not to issue the statement, for it would give credence to Fijileaks sacking story.
