“Why is that when NFP or anybody, or mostly when Professor [Prasad] speaks, the assistant ministers and MPs are making a lot of noise. The instructions given by Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum to every FijiFirst member is, make noise when he (Prof Prasad) speaks. He’s [Prasad] been telling the facts and the instructions are when he speaks, make sure you disturb him, make noise, people should not hear the truth. That is what has been happening and this is where we have come to now.” Ashneel Sudhakar

NO SUGAR-COATING OF FFP:
He also claims he refused to convert sugar cane leases to tourism leases becasue he wanted to save the sugar industiry:

“I was given direct instructions to convert the cane farms to tourism. I saved the cane farms. I was telling the professor (Biman Prasad) I was given instructions to change the cane farms, I said no. If we close the cane farms, nobody will survive. Look at what has happened to tourism. Planes are there, hotels are closed. For the past five months Fiji is being run by the sugar industry. It is the only export.”

PictureLEADING THE HOWLING IN PARLIAMENT
FORMER FijiFirst parliamentarian and party whip Ashneel Sudhakar claims the government side of the house is always under instructions to “make noise and disturb” National Federation Party (NFP) leader Prof Biman Prasad whenever he stood up to speak in Parliament.

Mr Sudhakar revealed this while attending a NFP meeting in Ba on Thursday, claiming the instructions came from party general secretary and Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum.

This is the first time Mr Sudhakar has spoken publicly about his days with FijiFirst since he was terminated as Minister for Lands and Mineral Resources in March this year after allegations of sexual harassment.

He claimed NFP president Pio Tikoduadua and he were examples of individuals forced out of the party.

“As long as you say yes, you are there. As soon as you start asking questions, you are out. He’s (Mr Tikoduadua) out, I am out,” he said.

He claimed FijiFirst MPs were given “instructions” to disturb Prof Prasad whenever he stood up to speak in Parliament.

“Why is that when NFP or anybody, or mostly when Professor speaks, the assistant ministers and MPs are making a lot of noise.

“The instructions given by Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum to every FijiFirst member is, make noise when he (Prof Prasad) speaks.”

Mr Sudhakar said Prof Prasad had been speaking for the past 10 to 12 years and had been telling the truth.

“He’s been telling the facts and the instructions are when he speaks, make sure you disturb him, make noise, people should not hear the truth.

“That is what has been happening and this is where we have come to now.”

Prof Prasad said he was not surprised by the revelation made by Mr Sudhakar.

“We knew there was always an agenda to disrupt us and this has been confirmed by Mr Sudhakar,” he said.

“As we all know now, it was all planned that our message shouldn’t get through to the public.”

He said Mr Sudhakar attended the NFP meeting in Ba on his own accord.

Questions were emailed to Mr Sayed-Khaiyum on the claims made by Mr Sudhakar on Friday, followed by a reminder yesterday.

The questions remained unanswered when this edition went to press last night. Source: The Fiji Times

On the other side of FEAR lies FREEDOM:
NO LONGER HIS MASTER'S 'HOWLING GIBBER VOICE'
So, Ashneel Sudhakar, did Khaiyum RIG the 2018 Election?
